All 3-hour classes are offered at $30 per person, per class. All classes are taught in a group setting.

Lunch & Learns - 1 to 1.5 hours

  • In todays world there is SO much going on. Lots of people telling you to go in every different direction when it comes to marketing on Social Media, and honestly in all of your marketing. It can get over whelming and confusing. My job is to simplify that world. I will go over what we post, when we post and where we post. IT all begins with a marketing calendar and a baseline. Let’s define what social media you should be on.

  • There are a lot of free ways to supplement your paid advertising efforts. By incorporating free advertising tactics into your strategy, you can remove some non-essential costs and dedicate your budget to deeper, more long-term plays.

  • Create better designs, get seen on social, create on-brand content and get your designs moving! Canva is a free tool for you to create anything from announcing your just listed, open house, just sold, testimonials, quotes, property videos, flyers, presentations, and much more.

  • Think about that… How do you look in your future clients’ eyes? When you Google yourself, what do you see? Let’s make sure that you are current on all platforms and look different from all the rest.

  • What is Social Selling? You will learn the reason for social selling and what it is, staying relevant in the social selling space, and how to create and utilize your business social media accounts and why to have them.

    Biggest question I get is, “Why do I need a Facebook Business page?”

    Biggest Complaint, “I do not have time to take care of a social media presence!”

    I will break social media down for you, simplify it, and I promise that you will understand how easy it really can be.

  • Let’s simplify your relationship with Facebook and Instagram! Connect your Instagram to Facebook personal and business page, create hashtag lists that you will save onto your phone so all of you need to do is copy and paste!

    Convert your Instagram into a business account, OR if you are going to use your personal Instagram for personal, then we’ll help you create a new Business Instagram profile and connect it to your Facebook business page.

  • Learn the Do’s, Dont’s, and tricks of social media. We will answer all of your questions. What social media accounts do I need? How often do I post? What if I do not think I should be on all social media platforms? Why do I need to send emails?

    Instagram, like many other social media platforms, is FREE! Imagine the cost of newspaper advertising over the years. Soon, a piece of newsprint will be obsolete, and all print advertising is going away or changing.

    Finding people has changed. We used to just pick up a heavy phonebook and flip through the white or yellow pages to find anyone and any company we wanted. Few people have those books anymore. Now, it takes a few clicks on the computer to find a person or a company. The information available is far greater than any listing in a phone book.

  • The most difficult part of the life of a real estate agent is finding prospects that want to list or buy property. There are so many companies trying to sell agents leads. Whether it is a referral database, internet advertising, or a subscription to a lead generation program the goal is to separate agents from their money with lots of promises and little success. There is no easy way to grab the business in the real estate industry, but it is possible to become highly successful without paying someone else to bring you loser leads.

  • LinkedIn is a business-oriented social networking service founded in 2002. LinkedIn.com is still growing, but the power of LinkedIn and its rapid growth is a sign that it is changing the way we communicate business-to-business. It is time for you to become familiar with a tool that could help build your real estate business. A huge percentage of those in business in your community are listed on LinkedIn. A quick search will also find thousands of real estate agents. Your prospects will also be looking for you on this powerful database. You can also get exposure to your real estate business and listings.

  • There is nothing more powerful today than technology and the internet. Everyone in business is making use of technology, but at different levels. In real estate, agents are using technology tools and the internet in a variety of ways. The more powerful internet resources are FREE!

    There is no more powerful way to advertise yourself, your company, and property listings than to use the tools available on the internet. Imagine the cost of newspaper advertising over the years, which will soon become obsolete.

  • This 3-clock hour course is designed to teach real estate agents how to develop a powerful presence so that their future prospects can find them online. They need to have a good working database and stay in touch with prospects to build their business.

    The most successful real estate agents in the industry are not “secret.” You can find them anywhere and everywhere. If you “Google” their name, you will find their website, YouTube videos, the company website and bio, their social media presence and their contact information.

    Successful agents, though, also know the power of their sphere. Those people in their world are their best source of business. It is important to identify those people that are their fans and keep in touch with them on a regular basis.

    Are you a secret agent? Most experienced agents in the industry have had at least one old friend, family member or even doctor ask them if they are still in the real estate business. This is usually a wake-up call that there has not been enough communication with potential prospects that are so close! Learn from this class to never be a “secret real estate agent!”

  • Top real estate brokers will tell you that much of their business comes from referrals.
