Job Description: 1099 Creative Marketing & Web Designer

No End Date – Flexible and Ongoing Opportunity!

We are seeking a versatile and innovative individual with a passion for marketing and web design to join our team. Real estate marketing experience is highly desired. As an all-purpose creative problem solver, you’ll assist with website updates, client onboarding, and marketing coordination, ensuring top-notch service and results for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Web Design & Maintenance

  • Design and update websites using Squarespace (7.0 to 7.1 transitions) and WordPress platforms.

  • Ensure websites are ADA compliant.

  • Create websites that are elegant, classy, fun, and exciting.

  • Stay up to date with website tips, tricks, and trends.

Marketing & Content Creation

  • Design social media images using Canva or Adobe products.

  • Assist clients by email with questions and content posting (company email provided).

Client Success & Administration

  • Onboard new clients with care and efficiency, including:

  • Creating Dropbox folders for organization.

  • Gathering and organizing client information (passwords, headshots, bios, etc.).

  • Inputting content into Canva and Dropbox.

  • Send welcome gifts to new clients.

  • Notify Erin and the team when client onboarding is complete.

  • Assist with "Finally Social" tasks, such as:

  • Preparing monthly newsletters.

  • Creating social media posts and articles.

Qualifications:

  • Experience with Squarespace and WordPress website platforms.

  • Knowledge of ADA compliance for websites.

  • Strong design skills with experience in Canva or Adobe products.

  • Excellent organizational and client care skills.

  • Creative, resourceful, and detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.
