Free Images and when they go out

Just Listed Image - we're creating and linking back to listing on Gilpin Realty’s website and we post to Gilpin Realty’s social media channels within 24 hours. IF you have open house let us know when they are and make sure they are in the MLS.

We will always send you the image to approve be fore we post it. Please make sure you watch for our email and respond right a way.

BUT it must be received before 5pm on Thursday for it to post by Friday. If it is received on Friday, there is a chance that it will not post until Saturday or Monday. We will do our best to get it posted on Friday, we just can’t guarantee it. It all depends on what we are getting from all agents.

For Just Sold images we will be posting within a week depending on what we already have scheduled and are posting.

- We suggest that when the listing is posted, you can share it to your own page.

- In the confirmation email, we will send a copy of the image for you to be able to post on your own social media channels if you wish.

Social Media Blitz

- $100 charge

We create a image or flip and post to all Gilpin Realty social channels, the image will link back to the listing to Gilpin Realty’s website.

- We boost the post to Facebook and Instagram for $15 (included in the $100 charge)

- We create an open house image and event on Gilpin Realty Facebook that is boosted for $10 (included in the $100 charge)

- The agent will be charged $100 through Gilpin Realty.

We will send you a confirmation email, we will share the image and open house image with you so you can create your own event post on your own social media channels.
